Pet Blends® questions & answersClick the plus (+) button beside the question - to reveal the full answer.
How long does a bottle last?
Answer: It usually takes between 3-6 weeks to finish the bottle.
Five of our Pet Blends® (Comfort, Courage, Vigour, Mellow and Balance) should be given 3 times daily, continually - until the bottle is finished - like a course of treatment. See instructions on label. Large animals, such as horses, will finish their bottle sooner than 3 weeks (around 2.5 weeks) because they are given more drops in each dosage. The 6th Pet Blend - 'Relax' does not have to be given every day. Usually only when needed. The Pet Blends® have a shelf-life of 2 years from when freshly bottled. Store in a cool, dry place. My ANIMAL seems to need 2 of the Pet Blends®, which one should I use?
A: If your animal needs aspects of more than one of our Pet Blends® we would recommend a Personalised Blend for him/her, from our qualified Advanced Practitioner.
Using a sample of your pet's fur, mane or feathers our Flower Essence Practitioner will make a special Blend with ingredients specially chosen to help address your pet's specific and individual emotional or behavioural needs. Consultations can be provided postally. > Please visit our Consultations page for more details. If you need help choosing the correct Pet Blend you can try our Pet Blend Finder. Do I have to give my ANIMAL their Pet Blend forever?
A: No. Usually one or two bottles, given in succession, is enough to improve their behaviour sufficiently.
Some animals may need to have a few more bottles, in succession, this depends on the depth or complexity of their problem and, of course, if the correct Pet Blend has been chosen for them. Occasionally some animals may return to their old ways (their unwanted behaviours) over their lifetime. If so another course of Pet Blends® can be given. Some animals may benefit from a Personalised Blend - especially if they have complex problems. For more details please visit our Consultations page. The Pet Blends® can be given indefinitely (permanently) if you wish. They are gentle products. If you have given your animal a few bottles of the Blend, try easing off the drops (when the bottle is finished) to see if their behaviour is permanently improved. This will mean that they would no longer need to take the Pet Blend. If ever the behaviours return then you can start another course of Pet Blends®, or try a bespoke Personalised Blend. Many animals, particularly dogs, will also benefit from using the Pet Blends® alongside professional training techniques plus a good healthy diet, rewards for good behaviour and plenty of exercise. What are the Pet Blends® ingredients?
A: They contain Flower Essences (MET of CCFE and Bach Remedies 0.2% ABV), spring water, food-grade vegetable glycerine (used as the natural preservative) - Kosher certified, Free from GMO. The Pet Blends® contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. We use 100% chemical-FREE ingredients.
Glycerine is a natural additive commonly given to dogs, cats, horses and cattle in their food, to help with their general health. More about this here: VEGETABLE GLYCERINE PRESERVATIVE To learn more about Glycerine you can read this article by the 'Global Healing Center' > What is Vegetable Glycerine? On Wikipedia there is a page with general information on all forms of Glycerine, also known as > Glycerol Glycerine is heavier in weight than water and therefore the Pet Blends® (that contain glycerine) are sold by litres (50ml) not by weight. It is clear, odourless liquid with the consistency of thick syrup. Extracted from vegetable oils through hydrolysis. Pure grade made to food standard, kosher grade, super high quality. ABV means 'Alcohol by Volume'. 0.2% ABV in the MET is a minuscule amount and is perfectly safe for animals of all types, breeds, sizes and ages. The Pet Blends® and Flower Essences have been safely used by hundreds of thousands of animals for many decades. Flower Essence MET is preserved in alcohol and 50% spring water, before being added as a few drops to the Pet Blends® bottle. For nearly 80 years people have given neat Flower Essences to animals which can be up to 36% ABV, therefore just 0.2% ABV in the Pet Blends® is an extremely insignificant amount. For example and as a comparison: significantly greater amounts than 0.2% ABV of alcohol can naturally occur in a human’s or an animal’s bloodstream through the process of digestion and fermentation of food [1]. And fruit juices typically contain a naturally occurring ABV of 0.1% [2]. There is little or no actual fibre of the Flower Essence plant in our Blends, it is the 'energy signature' of the plant - the pure 'Mother Essence Tincture' used as the active ingredient. To learn more about this, and how it works, please go to our Flower Essences Explained webpage. Ingredients includes lists for each of the Pet Blends® can be found on the following webpages: As with all remedies and medicines, keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist please consult a veterinarian. Please store bottle in a cool, dry place below 77F, away from direct sunlight See full ingredients list and instructions on product label.

WHY DO SOME OF YOUR BLENDS CONTAIN MORE THAN THE USUAL SIX OR SEVEN DIFFERENT FLOWER ESSENCES? Answer: Firstly, it’s true to say that some practitioners and writers say that only six or seven different essences should be used in each bottle, others say that it’s ok to use more, if required. This has always been the case. Secondly, our Blend ingredients were fine-tuned over a 35 year period in development by the lady who formed our company, Jane Stevenson, an advanced practitioner of some 45 years experience. The development was guided by case studies where Jane and we selected the most beneficial combination of essences for each behavioural or emotional issue. Additionally, the hundreds of positive testimonials that we have received has further confirmed that, in this context, the combination and quantity of essences in each Blend is correct. Do professionals use the Pet Blends®?
A: Yes. They are used by vets and veterinary nurses, animal trainers, rescue homes including the RSPCA, animal behaviourists, groomers and animal competition competitors.
The Pet Blends® are used to help aid performance in disciplines and competitions such as: gymkhana, agility, horse shows, cat shows, dressage, racing, dog shows Will the Pet Blends® make my dog/cat/horse/etc. Drowsy?
A: The Pet Blends® don't work like conventional sedatives, instead they are designed to naturally address the root of the problem rather than temporarily masking unwanted behaviours with sedation.
For example, if your dog is showing aggression then this may be through deep-seated fear (nervous aggression). The Mellow Pet Blend is designed to address those underlying feelings of fear and thus the unwanted behaviours can reduce or, for some animals, disappear. In this gentle and timely way their aggressive or dominant behaviour is improved. Can I give my pet 2 different Pet Blends® at the same time?
A: If you think your pet needs 2 different Pet Blends® it is better for them to have a Personalised Blend - please go to our Consultations webpage for more details.
It is OK for them to have 2 different Pet Blends® at the same time. However, neither of the Blends may work as well as they should because they may counteract each other. However, if they are on a course of one of the Pet Blends® they can also have the Relax Blend at the same time - as-and-when needed, for example in emergencies, for shocks and sudden traumas etc. Does it matter if another of my pets has some of a Pet Blend not intended for them?
A: No it wont matter. It is okay if another pet unintentionally has some of a Pet Blend not meant for them, e.g. from a shared water bowl
MY DOG/CAT SHARES THEIR FOOD AND WATER BOWL, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO GIVE THEM THEIR PET BLEND?
Yes you can rub the drops into the nape of their neck, through the fur, or perhaps on the tips of their ears (on the skin part works best). It might be a bit sticky as the carrier and preservative in the Blend is natural vegetable sugars. Or you could place the drops on their favourite treats, if they’ll take it that way. It won’t matter if occasionally your other cat/dog has some of a Blend not meant for them because generally speaking the remedies in the Blend only work on the animal who needs them. |
Flower Essence questions & answersClick the plus (+) button beside the question - to reveal the full answer.
Is it OK to combine the Bach Flower ESSENCES?
Answer: Yes.
Are your Bach Flower Remedies genuine?
A: Yes. They are made by us to the traditional and trusted 1930s methods of Dr Edward Bach - the man who discovered the Bach Flower Remedies. Our Bach Flower Essences are also potentised direct from the Mother Essence Tincture. In every sense they are 100% genuine. Our home is by the English seaside town of Cromer - the town where Dr Bach resided in the 1930s when he discovered and developed many of his Bach Flower Remedies. Our Essences come from the birthplace of Bach's Essences in England. Read articles here. Furthermore, our Bach Flower Essences are not homeopathic. The methods and manufacture of Homeopathic medicine and Flower Essences are entirely different to each other. Dr Bach (the man who discovered Bach Flower Remedies) did not make his traditional Flower Essences homoeopathically. We make, bottle and preserve our Flower Essences in the same way that Dr Bach made his Flower Essences as described in numerous articles throughout our website, including on the following 3 webpages: Flower Essences Explained, About Us, and Articles. Are your Bach Essences stock strength?
A: Yes. They are made the traditional way - direct from the Mother Essence Tincture on a 1:240 dilution. Our Stock Bach Flower Essences can be used to make dosage bottles. Are your Bach Flower Essences the original?
A: Our Bach Flower Essences are made by us - Creature Comforters® - to the traditional 1930s methods of Dr Bach. We have been making them in this way for over 35 years. We do not own the brand name 'Original Bach Flower Remedies', but our Essences are still made the way Dr Bach intended and are therefore completely authentic. Do you sell Rescue Remedy™?
A: Our Comforter Essence contains the same 5 Essences that Dr Bach used to make his Rescue Remedy™. The Comforter Essence is the traditional 5 flower formula which is also - importantly - made in the same way that Dr Bach originally made his Rescue Remedy™. We do not own the trade name Rescue Remedy™. Why do your Bach Flower Remedies contain alcohol?
A: This is used as a natural and traditional preservative. The Bach Flower Essences have traditionally been preserved in brandy since the 1930's when they were discovered and developed by Dr Edward Bach. The brandy is diluted in spring water making the content 23% ABV in the Bach Flower Essences. When given or taken as instructed, it is suitable for people and animals young or old, and has been used in this way by hundreds of thousands of people and animals for over 85 years. Preservation in this traditional, natural and safe way means that the Bach Flower Essences have a 7 Year Shelf-life from when bottled. Flower essences are usually sold at the stock level. The stock contains brandy as a preservative, but this stock is typically diluted into a dosage bottle before being taken orally. Dilution methods insure that any alcohol ingested is chemically and physiologically insignificant, approximately one part in 600 when diluted in a one-ounce (30 ml) dosage bottle, or one part in 4,800 in a eight-ounce glass of water. This is less than one hundredth of one percent. Greater amounts of alcohol naturally occur in the human bloodstream through the process of digestion and fermentation of food. [1] WE ALSO MAKE BACH FLOWER ESSENCES PRESERVED PRIMARILY ALCOHOL FREE We do provide our Bach Flower Essences preserved primarily in no alcohol and instead we use vegetable food grade glycerine. This is provided as a Special Order, and is made-to-order. These can be purchased by following the instructions on the item's shop page, as follows:
Please note that the shelf life will be reduced to 2 years in glycerine (brandy, the traditional preservative, is +7 years) and you will need to keep the bottles in a cool, dark place below 77F throughout. We also provide Personalised Blends preserved primarily alcohol-free by our qualified Flower Essence Practitioner. Please visit our Consultations page to see how to order. To learn more about Glycerine please read the information on our Glycerine page here... The Pet Blends® and Solar Blends are not preserved in alcohol. They are preserved in vegetable food-grade glycerine. This is a common alternative used to preserve Flower Essence products. The Pet Blends® are formulated especially for use with animals. ARE FLOWER ESSENCES AFFECTED BY XRAYS?
A. No. Flower Essences are very robust as they are a living vibration sourced from nature. Flower Essence literature states that they are not affected by Xray machines (unlike homeopathy) particularly if only for a short period of time. Other devices that emit electromagnetic fields may potentially adversely affect the efficacy of Flower Essences if they are exposed to this over a long period of time. Therefore it is best to store your Essences away from magnets, the TV, mobile phones and any other devices that emit an electromagnetic field. And always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We send our Bach Flower Sets to customers around the world and they have reported that the Essences are very strong and pure with good results in use. Therefore, our anecdotal evidence is sufficient to assume that the airport xray machines have no adverse affects whatsoever. How to use Flower Essences
Our Bach Flower Essences can be used in the following 3 ways: A) Mix a large dropper dosage bottle (30ml or 50ml) with spring water and your chosen preservative (e.g. 2 teaspoons of brandy, or at least 50% apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerine). Add to that 2-4 drops of each of your chosen mix of Flower Essences. Take 7 drops 3 times daily until bottle is finished. Store bottle in a cool, dry place. Note: if not preserved in alcohol it will have a much shorter shelf life of around 2-3 weeks, depending on the quantity of preservative used. It is recommended that you store the dosage bottle in the fridge and avoid touching the glass part of the dropper, to keep it clean. or B) Put 2 drops in a small glass of water and sip, as required. or C) Put 2 drops under tongue, as required. Follow instructions on product label / use as advised by your qualified Flower Essence Practitioner. Each 10ml bottle holds approximately 220 drops. Therefore each 10ml bottle could make between 55 x 50ml dosage bottles and 110 x 30ml dosage bottles. What is meant by the term 'Stock' Essences?
The term 'Stock' to describe normal Flower Essences causes much confusion within the Flower Essence community because, since Dr Bach’s time in the 1930’s, the word ‘stock’ now means something different. Therefore, when reading old literature of Dr Bach’s time - when he refers to ‘Stock’ - this can cause confusion as the terminology has changed over the years. I will explain. Dr Bach referred to (what we now call) ‘Dosage Bottles’ as ‘Stock Bottles’ (dosage bottles are also sometimes now called Practitioner bottles or Mixing Bottles and are usually a large 30ml or 50ml sized bottle). Dr Bach did not use the term ‘dosage bottle’, he used the term ‘Stock bottle’ - to describe a Dosage bottle. When he refers to “30ml or 50ml Stock Bottles", he is referring to 'dosage bottles' that he made for his patients. However, now the term Stock bottles means something different. A stock bottle is one that has been ‘potentised’ by one or two drops of Mother Essence (MET). Stock bottles are those that you can buy in shops, usually in small 10ml or 20ml size (such as this example: https://www.creaturecomforters.org/store/p23/Individual_Bach_Flower_Remedies_Stock.html) Practitioners now use drops from Stock bottles, to make Dosage bottles. Why do your dosage instructions differ from some other brands?
General Flower Essence literature often states that a dosage bottle should be taken 4 drops 4 times daily. However, we usually state to take 7 drops 3 times daily. The reason for this is because the lady who founded Creature Comforters® (Jane Stevenson, an advanced Flower Essence Practitioner with over 40 years experience) found, over the years, that many of her clients find it difficult to remember to take their drops 4 times daily and/or it is difficult sometimes to schedule those dosages, especially now in the 21st century when people often have much busier and more hectic lives than they did in the 1930's when Dr Bach first wrote his instructions. Therefore many years ago Jane decided to trial recommending that her clients take their dosage bottle 3 times daily (e.g. morning, afternoon and evening or with breakfast, lunch and dinner). This way she found that people would still take the sufficient amount of dosages, rather than accidentally missing a dosage (when taken 4 times daily) as often used to happen. Her clients have consistently reported very good results (please see testimonials here: https://www.creaturecomforters.org/consultations.html) therefore that is how we now instruct people to take our Bach Flower stock products. However, people can take the Essences 4 x daily, if they prefer, or use as instructed by their qualified Flower Essence Practitioner. Are the essences gluten free?
Yes they are gluten free. Do you use the X system of dilution?
We don't use the X system for dilution because the X system is a homeopathic system and Flower Essences aren't homeopathic. Instead we use the actual Mother Essence tincture to potentise the Essences - in the traditional way, precisely as Dr Bach made the remedies in the 1930s. Each essence is the traditional stock concentration (full details of how to use in the item description). The carrier is made up of approximately 75% brandy and 25% spring water for our traditionally preserved essences. |

Move the email to your normal inbox, then all our replies will reach you. We frequently receive emails from customers about not having received any replies to their emails. I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK. WHAT HAPPENS NOW THAT I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT?
Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 2 working days. You will be automatically informed of this (by email).
Large, valuable items such as Sets of Bach Flower Remedies, will always be sent by a trackable method. Therefore, after dispatch we will supply you with a tracking number. Here is some important information to help enable a smoother, faster delivery: 1. Parcels from here in England to your country can arrive fairly quickly, often within approximately 10 working days (or within approximately 2-4 working days if you paid extra for expedited). Once it has arrived there may be a slight delay at your country's customs, this is perfectly normal. Different countries vary in how long this period lasts. In our experience countries like the USA, Canada, Japan and many European countries customs are fairly speedy. Whereas countries in South America and Australia can take longer. 2. In some instances the customs may contact you regarding your parcel, again this is perfectly normal. They may contact you on the phone number you supplied when placing this order - therefore please ensure that you gave us the correct phone number when placing this order. It is vital that you communicate fully with your country's customs, if they contact you. This will help to enable a quicker delivery without any undue delay. If there is a delay or 'clearance event' at customs then ideally this process can take just a few working days, with your cooperation. 3. Please follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking number supplied. From tomorrow (or the working day after you have been supplied with your tracking number) please visit the courier's website for regular updates on your parcel (this will give time for the courier to propagate the parcel delivery data across their network). It is also quite common for the courier to telephone you (on the number you supplied) to arrange the best time for delivery. 4. Very important: please ensure that there is someone at your address to sign for the parcel when it arrives, otherwise the courier may eventually return the parcel to us in England. We want to thank you for your cooperation and understanding which will help us to continue to offer these products and this service. Once your item has been dispatched you will be sent an email confirming this. Usually this email will say which courier we used (e.g. DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx, TNT, UPS, P4D Worldwide Delivey etc). If you have a tracking number then you can also track your parcel via the Royal Mail Country Guides website (http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/country-guides). See HOW below... This is a useful resource for finding the website of your country's National Postal Service. Use the drop menu on that page to select your country, then follow the links. The website of your country's National Postal Service may be written in your language which will mean that it is easier for you, than for us, to follow their advice or track your parcel. Once your parcel has been delivered to your country you can often track your parcel (if you have a tracking number) on their page and contact them directly if you have any questions about delivery. DO I HAVE TO CONVERT CURRENCY?
No, the system will automatically do that for you. It's simple.
When you pay for your items the system (e.g. PayPal) will automatically convert to your currency, after payment. You don’t need to do anything yourself, or convert anything. Just checkout and pay as normal. Customers from all over the world are able to buy products from our website. If you want to know how much the items cost then you can use the ‘Currency Converter' tool below. The prices of our products are shown in GBP (Great British Pounds) on our website. The currency converter tool will give you a guide to how much things cost in your currency. For example, on average, £1.00 GBP converts to approximately $1.50 USD. Are youR products Gluten Free?
Yes. Our products contain no grain and are therefore suitable for people with an intolerance to wheat and/or for Coeliacs. What about Tax?
UK customers - VAT (Value Added Tax)
As with most companies that aren't very small we are required by law to charge VAT on our products to buyers within the UK. Therefore, when you checkout and pay for the item you will have VAT added as normal (if your delivery address is within the UK). The other cost will be to cover postage and packaging. Buying from outside the UK If you are a buyer from outside the UK (with a non-UK delivery/payment address) you will not be charged VAT on our website. Instead you may be charged VAT/import duties via your country's border customs (this payment does not go to us). See more about this below on this page under the heading 'Delivery and Imports Info'. This question was answered: 28/3/2023 Information from dutycalculator.com (Feb 2017) DUTY CALCULATOR COUNTRY GUIDES THE AMERICAS Overview Import duty and taxes are due when importing goods into the United States whether by a private individual or a commercial entity. The valuation method is FOB (Free on Board), which means that the import duty and taxes payable are calculated exclusively on the value of the imported goods. However, some duties are based part in value and part in quantity. In addition to duty, imports may be subject to a Merchandise Processing Fee, and in some cases to sales tax, and Federal Excise Tax. NB: The Customs Territory of the U.S. includes the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Therefore, Puerto Rico applies the same tariff codes and rates as the U.S., but it has its own fiscal jurisdiction. Duty Rates Duty rates in the U.S. can be ad valorem (as a percentage of value) or specific (dollars/cents per unit). Duty rates vary from 0% to 37.5%, with the average duty rate being 5.63%. Some goods are not subject to duty (e.g. some electronic products, or original paintings and antiques over 100 years old). Preferential duty rates USA has signed Free Trade Agreements with a number of countries. To be entitled to preferential tariff treatment, a good must meet the "originating" criteria as set out on the Rules of Origin of individual FTAs. A Certificate of Origin (COO) is required upon importation for preferential duty rates to apply. See a sample COO for NAFTA here. NB: FTAs signed by the U.S. apply in the Customs Territory of the U.S., therefore include Puerto Rico. Sales Tax Sales tax is not automatically charged on imported goods. However, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) declarations are made available to state tax representatives that may occasionally claim state taxes from the importer. Minimum thresholds Duty and taxes are not charged if the FOB is up to USD 800. Other taxes and custom fees CBP collects federal taxes and fees on behalf of other federal agencies, like the Internal Revenue Service, depending on the commodity being imported. User fees depend on the type of entry and mode of transportation. • Federal Excise tax is imposed on imports of alcoholic beverages and tobacco. • Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) is charged on formal and informal entries: - MPF on informal entries is either US$1, US$2, US$6, or US$9 per shipment, depending on the mode of transportation, and whether the entry release is manual or automated, and prepared by CBP personnel. - MPF on formal entries (for imports of goods valued over US$2500) is set at 0.3464% of the value of the goods with a minimum charge of US$25 and a maximum of US$485. Duty refunds In case of overpayment of duty, returns of imported products to the seller, or re-export, the importer might be entitled to a duty refund. Our Pet Blends® and Solar Blends are preserved using natural vegetable glycerine (also known as glycerol or glycerin) as are our specially made Bach Essences. Glycerine is a sweet-tasting, non-toxic product used to preserve food, beverages and some pet treats. An example in food use is that it is added to icing (frosting) to prevent it from setting too hard. GLYCERINE USE AND DIABETICS
All Creature Comforters® products are made using natural ingredients. Our advice is that, if you are unsure if any product you take will affect your medical condition, you should consult your physician before taking any supplement or foodstuff to which you are unfamiliar. Do you send to India?
SORRY, DELIVERIES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED TO INDIA BECAUSE OF COURIER HANDLING ISSUES. Yes we do normally send to India although sometimes this is paused because of customs issues and other obstacles in that country. To find out whether we are currently sending to India simply add your items to cart and checkout. If you are unable to checkout (your country isn't listed in the address to send to) then it means that we have paused sales to India. However, very important! If you are requiring parcels to be sent to India you will need to supply your PAN/Aadhaar card number. Therefore, when buying please write us a note with that information when checking out. We cannot currently send parcels to India without this information from you. Thank you. Do I need to provide my DNI number?
Yes if you are a Spanish national. To help your parcel reach you without undue delay you need to provide us with your DNI number. This is required for certain countries, such as Uruguay, and will be given to the courier for your country's border customs. If this applies to you please provide us with this number when purchasing items from our website by sending us a message in the message box during checkout. Thank you. As a general rule, the Tax Identification Number of natural persons of Spanish nationality will be their Spanish National ID (DNI), followed by a verification code. Customers in Ireland
Some of our customers in Ireland find it beneficial to have their parcels sent via address pal. Customers say that using address pal can make things smoother and easier when ordering items from the UK. We cannot advise on this but recommend you reading about it here on their website: https://addresspal.anpost.ie/how-it-works HOW CAN EU CUSTOMERS BUY PRODUCTS?
We, Creature Comforters, direct our customers to buy our products via our EBAY and ETSY stores as we are then able to send the items more easily using the IOSS system. This means that customers shouldn't have to pay import duties for items worth 150 Euros or less.
EU CUSTOMERS
It's currently not possible to buy products from our website. Instead please buy our products via our EBAY store (which has most of our products) or our ETSY store (which has some of our products). IOSS (Import-One-Stop-Shop) is designed for companies who sell goods to customers in the EU from a third territory, of a value of €150 or less. For goods of a higher value, standard VAT import rules apply. THE COUNTRIES WE DO AND DO NOT SHIP TO IS OFTEN CHANGING. We would love to send our products to customers in every country in the world. However many couriers will either not deliver to some countries or their service is unreliable. Therefore we are sorry but we are not able to send items to the countries listed below. EU customers please buy our products from our EBAY or ETSY stores. Our current exclusion zones are as follows: Afghanistan Algeria Angola Argentina Benin Bolivia Botswana Brazil Burkina Faso Burundi Cameroon Cape Verde Islands Central African Republic Chad Chile Colombia Comoros Congo Democratic Republic of the Congo Republic of the Cote d Ivoire (Ivory Coast) Djibouti Egypt Equatorial Guinea Eritrea Ethiopia Gabon Republic Gambia Ghana Guinea Guinea-Bissau Iraq Iraq Kenya Lesotho Liberia Libya Madagascar Malawi Mali Mauritania Mauritius Mayotte Mexico Morocco Mozambique Namibia Nicaragua Niger Nigeria North Korea Reunion Rwanda Saint Helena Senegal Seychelles Sierra Leone Somalia Swaziland Syria Tanzania Togo Tunisia Uganda Western Sahara Zambia Zimbabwe As a solution - many of our customers who live in the above countries opt to have their order sent to a friend in another country (where we are able to ship). Then they arrange for their friend to deliver or forward the parcel to them. We currently ship to most other countries that are not on the list above (see 'Countries we Ship to'). |
We use biodegradable packaging and recyclable bottles. Our products are wrapped in green eco-friendly bubble-wrap and are cushioned with 'packing fill' made of 100% biodegradable starch. We're pleased to say that about 80% of our medium-size and large parcels are packed in this way. Our Pet Blends® pharma bottles are also fully recyclable. And our glass bottles, including those used for our Bach Flower Essences, are also recyclable or reusable. |
