Qualified Flower Essence Practitioner, Alice Digby (BA(Hons), BFVEA) is the owner of Creature Comforters®.  Alice has over 30 years’ experience of working with the essences, having trained and worked alongside her late, great friend and mentor, renowned Advanced Flower Essence Practitioner, Jane Stevenson, since the early 1990s.

Together, Jane and Alice have helped thousands of people and animals across the world.

How to order a Personalised Blend

1. Purchase by clicking on the product's VIEW DETAILS.
2. During Checkout write a note to us briefly describing the specific emotional issue that you would like to address in yourself or your pet.

  • After purchase we will contact you by email within 3 working days requesting a more detailed description of the issue (regularly check your inbox for an email from Creature Comforters).
  • We require you to read and sign the CONSENT FORM prior to providing the service.
  • Your Personalised Blend will be sent to you in the post (we mail worldwide).
  • Please allow up to 7 days before dispatch.
Our Practitioner gives every case her individual attention, therefore please allow up to 12 days to receive your parcel in the UK and allow up to 3 weeks longer for outside the UK.

Please don’t expect instant results, although this can happen for some. One bottle may suffice, this depends on the depth or complexity of the problem. Or a few bottles in succession may be required.
If after finishing your first bottle, you require additional bottles (a more lengthy course of treatment), each additional bottle is at a reduced cost. Please contact our Practitioner directly to order further bottles (details in her letter/email to you).

We provide Personalised Blends to people in the UK and around the world, and are able to provide a specialist service to animals of all types. However, unfortunately we can only make Personalised Blends for animals based in the UK, and not horses. Practitioner insurance doesn't cover animals overseas or horses. More details here.

The 50ml Blend will be lightly preserved in the traditional way with approximately 10ml of brandy. If for any reason you do not want this in your bottle please select the non-alcohol option when purchasing. It can optionally be preserved mainly with non-alcohol natural vegetable glycerine (please read full details: here).
