How to order a Personalised Blend1. Purchase here on this page by Add to Cart.
2. During Checkout write a short note to us briefly describing the specific emotional issue that you would like to address in yourself or your pet (we will contact you after purchase asking for more detail from you in the form of a questionnaire).
Our Flower Essence Practitioner has over 30 years experience working with the essences and is fully insured, qualified and registered with the British Flower and Vibrational Essences Association (BFVEA).

Our Practitioner gives every case her individual attention, therefore please allow up to 12 days to receive your parcel in the UK and allow up to 3 weeks longer for outside the UK. If after finishing your first bottle, you or your pet require additional bottles (a more lengthy course of treatment), each additional bottle is at a reduced cost. Please contact our Practitioner directly to order further bottles (details in her letter/email to you). We provide Personalised Blends to people in the UK and around the world, and are able to provide a specialist service to animals of all types. However, unfortunately we can only make Personalised Blends for animals based in the UK, and not horses. Practitioner insurance doesn't cover animals overseas or horses. More details here. The Blend will be lightly preserved in the traditional way with approximately 10ml of brandy. If for any reason you do not want this in your bottle please select the non-alcohol option when purchasing. It can optionally be preserved mainly with non-alcohol natural vegetable glycerine (please read full details: here). Please carefully follow all instructions on label regarding correct usage and storage. For a one-to-one, in person, consultation for you or your pet please contact us to book an appointment with our Practitioner in North Norfolk, England. 'In person' consultations cost £55 +VAT for a 1 hour session including a personalised bottle of essences.
