We have created beautiful and individually designed posters for Dr Bach's 38 Flower Essence Groups with botanical drawings, quotes, proverbs, affirmations, folklore and photos. Available are large and extra large posters for the Essences that Dr Bach categorised as: All posters printed on quality Satin paper. Each available on a very pale cream or black background. |

The history of our Bach Flower Posters
Our Bach Flower Divination Cards were created in 2008, by artist Alice Digby. For many years she had wanted to design some cards for the Flower Essences that not only depicted the beauty of the flowers and provided information, but that also had comforting or inspirational words to read. Therefore, her whole concept for the design of the Bach Flower Divination Cards was unique. The designs for our popular cards were then lovingly adapted into a range of posters. |
Made from the heart
"Back in 2008, after a deep emotional trauma, I would look to poems, affirmations and 'sayings' to help comfort myself. I used these words to help lift me. I felt that - if someone in history had said an inspirational thing (which became a renowned quote) - this meant that that person too must have suffered in a similar way to me. It meant that I wasn't alone. I found this a comfort.
This experience is what inspired me create some cards and posters that included positive affirmations in the form of 'sayings'. Something that people could turn-to when they needed a little reassurance. I wanted to create images that would not only help inform on the Essences, and assist people in which Essence to choose to take, but that provided a few words of comfort and inspiration too. Being in a profound emotional state, at the time, I felt particularly able to tune-in to each of the 38 different emotions of Bach's Flowers (whether I wanted to or not!). I went through the gamut of emotions, from terror to depression, to lacking confidence and feeling overwhelmed. So when I was in, say, the Sweet Chestnut frame of mind, I could really emathise with what kind of 'saying' would comfort me a little. It took me over a year to create all the cards (and later my range of posters) and it was a sometimes uplifting experinece and often a harrowing one but, one by one, Essence by Essence, I was able to find quotes and sayings that were, I felt, pertinent to helping heal each emotional condition - even if in only a small way... a little encouragement for the soul! Creating the cards and posters helped aid my eventual recovery and, nine years on, I am so heartened to hear how they have also helped many more people like me."
