Our Bach Flower Essences can be used in the following 3 ways:

​A)
Mix a large dropper dosage bottle (30ml or 50ml) with spring water and your chosen preservative (e.g. 2 teaspoons of brandy, or at least 50% apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerine).
Add to that 2-4 drops of each of your chosen mix of Flower Essences.
Take 7 drops 3 times daily until bottle is finished. 
Store bottle in a cool, dry place.
Note: if not preserved in alcohol it will have a much shorter shelf life of around 2-3 weeks, depending on the quantity of preservative used. It is recommended that you store the dosage bottle in the fridge and avoid touching the glass part of the dropper, to keep it clean.

or B)
Put 2 drops in a small glass of water and sip, as required.
or C)
Put 2 drops under tongue, as required.

Follow instructions on product label / use as advised by your qualified Flower Essence Practitioner.
Each 10ml bottle holds approximately 220 drops. Therefore each 10ml bottle could make between 55 x 50ml dosage bottles and 110 x 30ml dosage bottles.

A pack of our worldwide-best-selling beautifully designed cards.
Each card has illustrations for all 38 Bach Flowers with associated information, botanical drawings, photos, folklore, proverbs, inspirational quotes or positive affirmations.

How to use:
​Sit quietly and lay out all the cards. Choose one card, or a selection, that you are most attracted to at that moment. The cards can be used as an illustrated reference to the 38 Flowers ... to inform, inspire or comfort.

Size: 6.2 x 8.8cm, standard playing-card size, easy to cary. Each card is protected with a textured lamination that helps keep the cards strong (please zoom-in on main product pictures to see the texture).

5. Dosage Bottles
2 good quality empty glass 30ml Amber Glass Mixing Bottles with special 'Tamper-Evident' seal dropper pipette. Used for making Flower Essence Practitioner dosage bottles.

6. Made the traditional way
  • We, at Creature Comforters®, passionately believe that Flower Essences should be made in the traditional way. Therefore, during the entire manufacturing process: flower collection, 'infusion' and bottling, all our products are hand-prepared with care, attention and sensitivity. We are also distinct in that we blend all our essences to a traditional stock concentration, direct from the Mother Essence - precisely as stipulated by Dr Bach (the man who discovered the Flower Essences in the 1930's). This method is reported to give each remedy an extra potency.

  • We remain resolutely faithful to Dr Edward Bach's original instructions - using the natural, time-honoured 'Solar' method of infusion where applicable. Furthermore, our Bach Flower Remedies and Flower Essences are not homeopathic. The methods and manufacture of Homeopathic medicine and Flower Essences are entirely different to each other. Dr Bach (the man who discovered Bach Flower Remedies) did not make his traditional Flower Essences homoeopathically. His was a completely new method of healing. Our Essences are traditional and authentic.
