Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• You must contact us first before returning the item.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
